We decided to have our Family Reunion Lunch at Roma Italian Kitchen & Bar in Tyler, and we could not have made a better choice! By far, Roma, and all of their staff, exceeded our expectations. We had 57 hungry diners and, with 2 servers, we never had to wait for prompt service and attention. Joey and Launa always seemed to be there when we needed them. They were very polite, attentive, and accurate in their execution of our food and drinks. The appetizers, entrees, and, deserts all tasted wonderful and fresh. This is the best Italian restaurant in the Tyler and surrounding area! Huge shout out to Joey and Launa, along with the Restaurant Owner, Zee, who made sure our entire group was well-cared for and satisfied. We 100% recommend Roma Italian Kitchen & Bar as your #1 choice for Italian dining in Tyler! Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

Fun place with great Italian food. The low lighting and booth tables add a nice effect to the feel of the dining experience. The waitress was very kind and came by to check on us often. We will definitely be back!

Roma in Tyler is an Italian gem that exceeded our expectations. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza, which was generously sized, comparable to a medium at Pizza Hut. My daughters adored it, and I can only imagine how massive their large pizza must be. Our server, Becky, was incredibly sweet and attentive. She took great care of us, packing our leftovers and ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, which might deter some potential customers, I believe it's a hidden treasure worth exploring. The lack of crowds seems more related to its location than the quality of the food or service. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, while my friend opted for the shrimp Alfredo. Both dishes were perfectly seasoned, tasted fantastic, and offered excellent portions for the price. A minor note is that the shrimp still had their tails on, which could be a slight inconvenience for some. The atmosphere at Roma is dark and lovely, which I particularly enjoy. The open floor plan and spacious layout create a comfortable dining environment. We were reluctant to try this place out at first because it's kind of off the beaten path. But we tried it out tonight, and it was very nice. They have the typical Italian dishes, plus some variations that were very nice. The coffee wasn't quite what I'd hoped for, but I'm a bit of a coffee snob. There was also a nice selection of desserts to choose from. I do want to mention their breadsticks and dipping oil/herbs was the best I've had in Tyler.

Me and my girlfriend decided to go to Roma’s after the gym because we were craving some Italian. It had really good reviews so I gave it a chance and I was not disappointed! The service was amazing the waitress was on top of her game. I have to say though I definitely felt underdressed as I was wearing workout clothes. Restaurant’s outside definitely deceives you on what the inside looks like. They had piano music playing but there seems to be a time where they do play live music. I ordered the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and it did not disappoint. My partner got the lasagna and I have to say it was excellent. It feels extremely close to authentic Italian food.
